Meditation is a process of peace dwelling for a human. It allows a person to clear his/her mind and experience themselves on a deep conscious level. Meditation is known as the gateway to to other realms, or spirit worlds. Deep meditation gives the participant a deep sense of euphoria, connects them to the energies of nature. These energies can help to rid the body of physical pain, as well as relax muscles and nerves. Certain types of meditation practice energy harnessing, movement, and even astral projection. Astral projection is the experience of leaving the physical body and experience unified consciousness. These are the same worlds you visit when you dream. Imagine these realms as a matrix, they are infinite, and can be interpereted in many ways. To master control of these experiences, is to be enlightened.This comes with practice. Try this at home. Find a comfortable place to relax and close your eyes. Imagine your feet falling numb, followed by your calfs, thighs and so on. Continue this until you have completely allowed the feeling of falling and relaxation to flow through you. Keep your mind clear and focus on maybe a neutral tone in the room. This is a simple method of beginning meditation. Next, try some music or binaural beats. These help as well. You will notice that meditating even three times a week will change your overall mood quite often. You may just become addicted to it. Attachments:
