Hello everyone! I would like to share with you a way to turn around your outlook on your everyday life. It's really easy... here's how...
THINK IT!!
Seriously, When you go to lie down to sleep, just clear your mind. Focus on all of the good aspects of the day that just passed. Wake up feeling ready to carry out your day. Pay attention to the world around you as your day progresses, the birds, the sunlight on the trees, the sky.. Whatever you'd like. Smile because you get to enjoy the day.
A little exercise that I've started using to help put things in perspective. Write down a list of categories, based on your typical daily thoughts. Then, write down short aspects of those categories that you think about daily. (category: sickness Aspect: dr. bills, pain, etc) Now, go back through your list, and label every thought with a (+) if you think that thought is a positive thought, and a (-) if you think it is a negative thought. I want you to then realize fear as an irrelevent emotion. Mark through anything on your list that is derived from fear. (scared of bankrupcy-dr.bills-sickness) You will find that fear controls your negative actions, thoughts and emotions. Here's the thing... Fear does not exist. Fear is based on the lack of knowledge, closed mindedness, and loneliness. If you base all of your daily thoughts on positive aspects rather than negative ones... KARMA will follow. Its not about actions, its about your mindset. Example: Your 8 month relationship comes to an abrupt stop due to a cheating spouse.
Negative response: "I wasnt good enough", "That stupid yada yada"
Positive response: "Im glad I learned that trait about this person now."
The trick is learning from your negativity... not responding to it
