The western accepted standard concert tuning pitch is currently 440 hz. It wasn't always so. The ancients and not so ancients used 432 hz. Here's a video that hits the high points of why this is important. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Okjb_JqGAU

I just tuned up to 444Hz and It's curiously awesome. Much more overall tone, longer harmonic rings. Simply beautiful. I also listened to Pink Floyd's Division Bell album transposed to 432Hz, and it is magnificent. From what I understand, Pink Floyd tuned to 444Hz/528Hz for the Dark Side of the Moon and Division Bell albums, which could be why they are incredible. Research says that Django Reinhardt, Jimi Hendrix, Tommy Emmanuel, David Gilmore, Paul Mcartney, and Brian May all tuned to 444Hz. This may have quite possibly changed my understanding of music and the connection to everything.

that is pretty crazy, even crazier how your songs coordinate with those different frequencies.
